    WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

  4. Children and extra bed policy

    Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People no matter the age stay for SAR 100 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

    Please note that the hotel does not accept SPAN / MADA Credit Cards ( Saudi Network Payment) to guarantee the booking, kindly be sure that you add valid VISA or Master Credit Cards to secure your reservation in order not to avoid cancellation. Please note that the hotel doesn't accept any reservations made with American Express Card, guests should provide either Master Card or VISA Card to guarantee their bookings in order not to avoid cancellation.
