"Superb"
Executive suites facing the haram are a great option. You have the convenience of praying from your room (with small kids it was great option). The suites look like they were recently upgraded and the staff was super friendly. Plenty of elevators as well.

The Only good thing about this hotel is the location. Rest everything is miserable and the worst you can expect. The customer service is atrocious. They are not doing business, its only Greedy money making (Making a property once and for all and just take advantage of the location and make money without caring about everything else).
